Birthday parties at the Buffalo Zoo
(for members only)
Come celebrate your child’s special day with us here at the Buffalo Zoo. Birthday parties are available most Saturday and Sundays from 11a.m.-1p.m. or 2 p.m.-4 p.m., all year long. The party includes a wild animal presentation and an even wilder tour that both relate to the theme for the birthday. So book your party now… the animals are getting ready to whoop it up!
$10.00 per child (minimum of 10 children - maximum of 25 children)
Two party rooms to choose from! Our Classroom holds a total of 25 children and adults. Our Children’s Resource Center (CRCz) holds a total of 50 children and adults.

Please note: guests are invited to bring any additional supplies, however balloons and straws are NOT allowed on Zoo grounds.
Extra Adult Guest Admission Policy
The Buffalo Zoo birthday party program allows for a total of FOUR (4) adults to attend your child's party FREE OF CHARGE:
- the TWO (2) member adults sponsoring the party (usually the child's parents)
and
- TWO (2) additional adults to assist as chaperones.
There is a $6.00 admission charge for any other adults attending the party unless they are members of the Zoo, or have guest passes or discount admission coupons. This charge is a reduced rate from the regular $9.50 adult admission price.
Upon entering the Zoo, adult guests need only tell the cashier the name of the party they are attending (i.e., the "Smith" party) and they will be directed to the correct location.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment for extra adult guests will be due at the end of the party, along with any other balance due.
HOW TO BOOK A BIRTHDAY PARTY
Please call 837-3900 ext. #128 for information and to make the reservation for the party. Birthday parties book quickly, so please reserve at least 1 month prior to the date of the party.
